Ken Stabler
Gene Upshaw
Howe Long
Tim Brown
For anyone including owners and coaches, Al Davis is beyond obvious. John Madden is also a worthy choice.
Stabler didn't become a starter until he was 27, so he had a short prime. But he was involved in so many classic moments and his free wheeling lifestyle embodied the Raider image.
Upshaw, Long, and Brown were all great players who spent over a decade with the Raiders.
